Hi there, I’m Courtney! I’m a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who believes that a healthy body truly fuels a happy mind. My journey kicked off with kickboxing in 2016. The relationship I had with exercise quickly flipped from the most draining to the most empowering. That quickly led me to discover my passion for helping others. Later, in 2017, I became a certified trainer & began Warrior Training and Fitness.
When you’re truly passionate about what you do, the learning never stops. Here’s a quick overview of the years since:
2018 Earned Black Belt in self defense practice, Krav Maga
2018 Became Prenatal & Postpartum Certified
2023 Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach
2023-2025 Cross Training Coach & athlete
2025 Currently studying to become a Menopause Specialist. Learning new ways to stay strong and healthy at every stage of life.
As always, the goal of Warrior is to change lives by coaching everyone and anyone. As a collective, we want to share how important exercise and quality nutrition is for daily living, mental health and aging.

When I’m not breaking a sweat, coaching or diving into studies, you’ll find me enjoying precious time with my family — especially my husband & our fun loving 3yr old. I also love digging in the garden, caring for my ducks & chickens, and soaking up life’s simple pleasures.
